About me
Being an intercultural trainer, I have conceived and performed numerous intercultural trainings for renowned enterprises in Germany, Switzerland and Korea [references and partners]. In Germany I consult small and medium-sized enterprises on how to tap the German market.
In this context I teach managers the necessary know-how for their upcoming detachment to Korea, I solve problems during the settling in of Korean staff in German enterprises, and I prepare project teams for the collaboration with Korean staff.
I am lecturer at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, Mannheim/Germany.
I was born and raised in Korea. After studies in Germany and Korea I obtained a German doctor degree in Intercultural Communication. In both countries I contributed to research projects on mediation and intercultural communication, published several essays and held many lectures. I am married to a German.
